Skin Exfoliation.
To keep your skin looking good and rejuvenate it, you should have regular exfoliation. This can easily be done in the comfort of your home. Beauticians use glycolic acid but there are other methods.
L’Oreal Paris have a Microdermabrasion Kit which works just as well and leaves your skin clean and fresh.
This consists of a paste with fine grains of sand and glycolic acid which you apply on moist skin and with circular movements massage this paste into the skin for about two minutes, paying attention to the areas where you tend to have lines. Rinse off well. The apply the moisturizer that is included in the kit as it is important to moisturize the skin after the acid treatment.
It is recommended to do this once a month. In between you can use lighter products for exfoliation. Neutrogena have an excellent product for using twice or three times a week. It is important that you do not use this more than three times a week as recent research showed that this could speed up the ageing process rather than slow it down.
In between make sure that you moisturize, moisturize and moisturize.
This way you can be sure to keep the lines and wrinkles at bay.
